Christmas Eve	Closed Y Storfa will be closed to the public from 12pm
Christmas Day to 2nd January 2026	Closed
From Monday 5th January	Triage open 10am – 12pm

Email and Phones

Our email service will be unavailable after, Friday 19th December and will reopen from 5th January 2025

The phones will be closed from Wednesday 24 December until Monday 5 January 2025

Callbacks in the New Year

If you have been told that you will receive a callback in the New Year we will attempt to call you on the 2nd January or later.

We may attempt to call you before Christmas Eve if we have the capacity to do so.

Please note that calls will come from a private or unknown number. We will make three attempts to call you. If we are unable to contact you, we will assume that you no longer need our help.
