Welcome to Citizens Advice Swansea Neath Port Talbot

Citizens Advice in the local area dates back to 1939.
We offer a free, confidential and impartial advice service. We can advise on some aspects of the law, including your rights and responsibilities. We will be able to signpost you to an alternative provider if our your query is better addressed by a more suitable organisation.
Our service is available to everyone, regardless of ethnic origin, age, religious beliefs, disability, health status, sexuality, gender, and language.
We know some people only need some information or a guiding hand or for us to check over things they have already done like letters and forms but that some people need more time and support. When you first contact us we will ask you some introductory questions to find out what you want help with and to identify the best ways we can assist you.
