Role: We need an experienced generalist adviser who can deliver advice across a range of subjects to help people find a way forward. You will be able to provide accurate, tailored and effective information and advice.

Specific requirements for the role:

• Experienced delivering advice in benefits and debt with a particular focus on income maximisation. As well as advice in housing, employment, immigration, discrimination, and family issues.
• Managing workloads and prioritising tasks
• What you can bring to our organisation

You will also have strong IT skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively face-to-face, in writing and over the phone.

Starting salary:

• Generalist Adviser £27,028

Reports to: Team Leader

Location: Swansea Office and outreach locations throughout Neath Port Talbot.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37
