Administrator/Advice Support

Role: We need an experienced administrator to support the daily reception service and manage day to day tasks to support our advice service.

Specific requirements:

Reception: Experience speaking to the public and gathering information about their circumstances in a sensitive manner. Helping people by booking appointments, signposting to other organisations or conveying information to help them find a way forward

Admin tasks: Experience managing workloads and prioritising tasks in an efficient way. You need strong IT skills and it is essential that you are an effective communicator face-to-face, in writing and over the phone.

Starting Salary: £23,088 FTE

Reports to: Business Continuity Manager

Location: Swansea Office but may be asked to attend outreach locations throughout Neath Port Talbot.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 29.5hrs Tues to Friday
