What happens when we are closed?

Our email service will be closed after 20th December 2023 until 2nd January 2024

You will still be able to call our local helpline number 0808 278 7926, but this will not be answered by ourselves and will overflow to the national team.

The phones will not be available on the Bank Holiday days

We anticipate that our first day back will be extremely busy, so please bear with us.

If you have been told that we will contact you in the New Year, we may call you on the 2nd January. Look out for a call from a withheld or private number.

If you call into the office, we may only be able to help with emergencies.
