Role: We need an experienced caseworker to deliver debt and/or welfare benefit advice to help people find a way forward by providing accurate, tailored and effective information and advice.
Specific requirements:
- Experience delivering benefit and debt advice with a particular focus on appealing benefits/ upper tribunals, debt relief orders and breathing space
- Managing workloads and prioritising tasks
- What you can bring to our organisation
You will also have strong IT skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively face-to-face, in writing and over the phone.
Trainees will be considered but trainee caseworkers must already have experience delivering advice and prior knowledge of the current debt and benefits areas
Starting salary:
- Trainee caseworker £26,001
- Caseworker £27,051
Reports to: Team Leader
Location: Swansea Office and outreach locations throughout Neath Port Talbot.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37
