When we advertise vacancies applications have to be submitted on our application forms as the completion of these is part of our assessment process. We do not normally accept CVs as part of the application process and do not normally acknowledge applications without a self addressed envelope.

Volunteering with us
Our volunteers are at the heart of Citizens Advice in Swansea Neath Port Talbot. Without them our service simply wouldn’t exist. They play a key role in helping clients with a wealth of issues, such as benefits, debts, relationship advice, immigration, housing and many more.

Some of our volunteering opportunities can be short term or flexible in terms of hours. To be a competent and confident adviser you may be expected to provide more regular hours.

Volunteer Information Sessions
We regularly run volunteer information sessions which are designed to give potential candidates more information about the volunteer process, the roles we offer, the training we provide and answer any questions that you may have.
