The Cost of Living crisis means that, after paying for essentials, the average person we help with debt advice on Universal Credit is now £34 in the red each month.
Debt Caseworker: At Citizens Advice Swansea Neath Port Talbot we need someone with expertise in debt advice who can work with vulnerable people. Full mentoring and support will be provided as part of the role.

Hybrid working: this will be considered as part of the job and you will be provided with equipment to carry out your role.
Hours: Full time 37hrs preferred
Salary range: £25,918 – £27,503 depending on experience (rates are currently under review)
Contract: Permanent position which is subject to funding arrangements.
Location: Swansea office and outreach locations throughout Swansea and Neath Port Talbot.
