Community Liaison and Financial Capability Worker April 2025

Role: We need someone to coordinate and manage our Making Sense of Money project to work with learners and partners to deliver workshops and focus on issues involving money management. As well as being able to signpost the public to advice and information

Specific requirements:

  1. Experience delivering workshops to a wide audience with a particular focus on budgeting, managing money and avoiding getting into debt
  2. Managing own work load and reporting on projects and representing us at a range of community events
  3. What you can bring to our organisation

You will also have good IT skills and be an excellent communicator face-to-face, in writing and over the phone.

Salary: £24,021 pro rata

Reports to: Making a Difference Manager

Location: Swansea Office and outreach locations throughout Neath Port Talbot.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37 per week
