Benefit Caseworker April 2025

Role: We need an experienced benefit caseworker to deliver benefit advice to help people find a way forward by providing accurate, tailored and effective information and advice.
Specific requirements:
- Experience delivering benefit advice to appeal stage, including knowledge of tribunals and court representation
- Managing workloads and prioritising tasks
- What you can bring to our organisation
You will also have strong IT skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively face-to-face, in writing and over the phone.
Trainees will be considered but trainee caseworkers must already have current experience delivering advice with minimum supervision and knowledge of the current debt and benefits areas
Starting salary:
- Trainee caseworker £26,001
- Caseworker £27,051
Reports to: Team Leader
Location: Swansea Office and outreach locations throughout Neath Port Talbot.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37
