We’re here to help people solve their problems. Every year, millions of people turn to us for advice and support, while we work to solve the underlying causes of these problems by influencing policies and practices.
As an organisation with data and insight at the heart of everything we do, we believe in starting with the facts. Today, we’ve launched our impact report for 2016/17, with new statistics on our impact and value. The research behind it helps us better understand the effect our advice has on people’s lives, and the difference we make to society.
